Can I change or cancel an order?
- Order changes or cancelations can only be done before the order has shipped. In order to best be able to fulfill your request please make the changes within 12 hours of the time of purchase. Once the item has shipped we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

What is the store’s currency?
- Our store’s currency is CAD. However, if you scroll all the way to the bottom of our page you will find a currency converter which will allow you to switch from CAD to USD. This will only change the way the prices are shown on our website. Once you check out, the transaction will go through in CAD. Therefore your bank statement will show you payed in CAD but the amount will automatically be converted by your service provider or bank depending on the current conversion rate, and this number should VERY closely reflect the price currency converter shows.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards and paypall.
How much do you charge for shipping?
- Currently we are happy to provide free shipping worldwide. This is subject to change at anytime.
How long will my order take to ship?
- It takes our suppliers about 3 days to process the order, and then it can take between 15- 30 days for the item to make it from our suppliers to your home. This is depending on the product and which country the item is being shipped to, some items will ship faster than others, and some countries will take longer to receive their orders than others.
*Please keep in mind that other delays may occur which will be out of our control. These delays may be due to public holidays or unforeseen events, such as bad weather or natural disasters. Custom inspections can also be another uncontrollable factor in delays of shipments.
I need expedited shipping, what can I do?
- Please get in contact with us either through our contact us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to figure out the best shipping method for your needs! This may be at an extra cost.
Do you ship to my country?
- We ship to most countries worldwide, but if you have any questions or are unsure please reach out and we would love to help you out!
Do you offer local delivery?
- We are now offering local delivery on orders around the GTA that qualify with our partners PlantRunz.
Do you accept returns?
- If you are unhappy with your item or it was damaged or faulty you have 14 days after the day the item was delivered to contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. When looking to request a return please email us at email@example.com with the reason for return, order number, and any other information you would like to report along with the request.
